    Before pregnancy, we begin with Beej Shuddhi – a powerful detox to cleanse and prepare the body for conception. Alongside this, pre-pregnancy iyengar yoga strengthens both body and mind, creating a strong foundation for a healthy, balanced pregnancy. This holistic path continues with Garbhsanskar practices that deeply nurture mother and child throughout their journey. Garbhadhan Sanskar – a sacred ritual for inviting a divine soul before conceiving. The program then unfolds through trimester-wise modules, thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving physical, emotional, and spiritual needs at every stage.
