Refund and Cancellation Policy

SGVP Holistic Hospital adheres to a strict no-refund policy for international patients. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made for any consultation, procedure, or package:

• The fee is non-refundable regardless of cancellations, no-shows, missed appointments.
• Partial refunds or credit notes for unused services will not be issued.

However, patients may reschedule their appointment under the following terms:

• A minimum of 24-hour prior notice is required via email or phone.
• One-time rescheduling is allowed without an additional fee.
• Appointment must be availed within 3 months from the original date.
• Rescheduling is subject to clinician availability and mutual confirmation.

Rescheduling is subject to physician availability and must be confirmed by our international patient coordinator.

Failure to reschedule within the prescribed timeline may result in forfeiture of fees.
