Dr. Hitesh Patel is a highly experienced Pain Management Specialist, Spine & Pain Specialist, and Anesthesiologist with over 20 years of overall clinical experience, including nearly two decades as a specialist. He brings a unique combination of expertise in pain medicine and advanced anesthesiology, enabling comprehensive management of both acute and chronic pain conditions.

From 2010 to 2017, he served as the Owner and Director of Livewell Pain and Spine Hospital, where he played a key role in developing structured pain management protocols and multidisciplinary care models. His clinical approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and delivering targeted, minimally invasive interventions for long-term relief and improved quality of life.

Dr. Patel has extensive experience in high-risk surgical specialties, including cardiac, thoracic, and vascular anesthesia. His exposure spans complex procedures such as off-pump coronary artery bypass surgeries, aortic dissection repairs, valve surgeries, and minimally invasive cardiac procedures.

He has worked closely within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and surgical specialists to manage critical cases effectively. He has also been part of group practice initiatives that successfully performed over 110 cardiac surgeries, including atrial septal defect closures, mitral and aortic valve replacements, and coronary artery bypass grafting.
